General Tournament Rules
General
This is a 1v1 Starcraft 2 Tournament. Please update your contact information by either click your name on this page. You need to link to you battle.net account in order to sign up.
Tournament
Maps are pre selected based on the round. The first game is played on the preselected map. For the matches that best of 3 or greater, each player vetoes one map out of the pool; then the loser of the first match chooses a map based on the remaining maps.
The match starts once both players give the ok to start the match. If a disconnect occurs within the first 4 minutes and no player contact has been made in the game, the match can be restarted. Any disputes can be resolved with the admin. If a disconnect happens after 4 minutes, it is up to opponent to whether the match can be restarted. Please contact an admin with an uploaded replay, if it the disconnecting opponent was clearly winning.
If you can’t find your opponent, report your opponent missing. They will have 30 minutes to contact you or they forfeit the match.
After finishing a game, upload your replay and the tournament system will grant you a win. If the tournament system can’t figure out the winner, an admin will grant you a win. It is vital that the garena account name you have on your account matches the one used in the game to make sure you are properly reported as the winner. The admin will always have the ability to grant wins, if there is an error. Contact the admin with any problems.
Hosts
Both players have to agree on a host.
If both players disagree, contact an admin.
Observers
Observers are allowed unless if one of the players objects.
Admins, Waaagh TV-streamers and shoutcasters are always allowed to observe any match.
Cheating
There is a zero tolerance for cheating. If you are discovered to be cheating by using any illegal programs or listening to your own shoutcast, you will forfeit the tournament and banned from any future tournaments. This tournament is meant to have fun, please don’t be an idiot.
How to use the Tournament Software
Sign up
You will need to create an account to sign up for the tournament. You may create an account here
There will be a link available to you when to sign up for the tournament.
Check in
After you sign up, you will still need to check in to the tournament. This to make sure the participants that signed up show for the tournament.
There will be a link available to you when to check in on the tournament page when it's time.
View brackets
Once everyone has registered and checked in, the admin will create the brackets. The brackets are randomly generated.
After they have been generated, please find your opponent and start playing your matches.
It is important that you update your contact info so that your opponents has some way of finding you.
Reporting Wins
To report a win, submit a replay of the match on the tournament page. This is to encourage users to upload replays and to prevent dishonesty.
Reporting Losses
To report a loss, to report a loss, simply click on the link on brackets page.
Reporting Missing Opponents
If an opponent is missing and you tried contacting him, you can report him missing on the brackets pages. They will have 30 minutes to report present or else they forfiet the round.
